Wendy Nix
Wendy’s dental career began in 2005 when she pivoted from a Grocery Store Regional Manager, to a dental front office position. That career change would set the course for the rest of her life! She excelled in her various front office roles, working her way up from Hygiene Coordiator to Office Administrator over the years. Her Coaching career began in 2013 when Fortune Practice Management offered her a position in Austin TX. Wendy applied her the in-depth business and dental knowledge, helping her to achieve massive success with the practices she worked with! She was awarded Rookie of the Year and Franchise of the Year during her tenure with Fortune Management. She ventured out on her own in 2017 when she started New Wave Dental Solutions. With over 2 decades of dental experience along with an additional decade of Business Management, she brings her expertise to Doctors and their teams to help them to achieve exponential growth both personally and professionally. She loves “helping people become the best version of themselves” and helps to develop team members into a team of leaders who are inspired to work together and achieve great results together!

Madelyn Herbst
Maddie began her dental career in 2016 in a practice that Wendy was coaching at the time. She has gleaned from Wendy’s training for nearly a decade, working in dental practices under Wendy’s stewardship. Her experience varied from Dental Assisting, Marketing Coordinator, Front Office roles and Insurance Management. She has had experience in fee-for-services offices and Ortho. Maddie has recently taken the next step in becoming an Executive Coach with New Wave Dental Solutions and is eager begin this next chapter of her career!

Gladys Castro
Coming from a banking background, Gladys’s love of dental began with her career change in 2012. Since then, Gladys has worked many positions in dental practices including back office and front office. She worked her way up to an Office Manager, which helped her to understand the needs of the office and each team member. Gladys has also worked in a multitude of specialities like Pediatrics, Oral Surgery, Perio and Ortho. In 2018 at the encouragement of Wendy she decided to go back to college and obtain a cybersecurity degree, where she applies that education and experience for helping dental offices with cyber security and IT services. Gladys is embarking on her next chapter using all her operational and technical expertise to help coach dental clients in securing their most valuable assets; their patients' data while providing exceptional service.

Christina Jones
Christina started her dental career as a Dental Claims Auditor. Her love for people and the dental office environment took her back into dental practices in 2003 where she has worn many "hats" over the course of her dental career and has developed her expertise in all Front Office operations and management. She has worked in high-end fee-for-services practices the majority of her career. She took that expertise to the next level, including Co-Regional Management of a DSO with Wendy and becoming an Executive Coach with Fortune Practice Management.
Christina is excited to team back up with Wendy, bringing her years of experience and expertise to New Wave Dental Solutions!
