    We provide financial assessment of profit & loss statements, budgeting and expense analysis to promote a healthy, financially productive business. We will provide the knowledge you need to understand software reports and practice KPI’s which in turn will lead to greater profitability.

  • Internal Operations and SOP's

    We are experts in the area of establishing systems, protocols and “standard operating procedures” for dental practices of all types and sizes. Our Coaches all have experience working in dental offices and have the expertise to help establish long-term foundational systems that will be key to your success!

  • Staff Management & HR Support

    We will help to establish job role expectations with each of your staff members along with providing outlines, checklists and ccountability check-in’s. We can assist in your hiring process including pre-screening applicants and provide new hire agreements per each position. We can assist Dr &/or Office Management to conduct performance evaluations and provide Inspriational Leadership.

  • Offsite Virtual Coaching

    For our out-of-town clients, we offer Virtual Coaching! This enables both Dr and team members to still receive the training, tools and knowledge they need without the heavy cost of travel. We make ourselves available weekly or bi-weekly for coaching calls, virtual meetings, training sessions and individual meetings with staff members.

  • Remote Insurance/AR Support

    We can provide short-term or long-term assistance for insurance &/or AR cleanup, insurance verifications, claim management and ongoing management/support while training your Insurance Coordinator. We will establish systems and protocols to ensure long-term stability of your insurance and patient collections.
